Dr. Jörg-Christof Bauer
is a lawyer and specialist in banking and capital markets law. He focuses on advising commercial enterprises, private clients and family offices in the areas of real estate law, banking and capital markets law, commercial and corporate law, business law, as well as litigation and arbitration law.
Dr. Bauer was admitted to the bar in 2012. Prior to founding B&B Rechtsanwälte, Dr. Bauer worked for two leading commercial law firms and for a global accounting firm. In addition, Dr. Bauer has been managing director of Dr. Bauer Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since 2019.
His legal training took him to Regensburg, Aberdeen (Great Britain), Frankfurt am Main and Montréal (Canada).

Dr. Hermann-Matthias Bröcker (LL.M.)
is a lawyer and specialist in banking and capital markets law. He advises companies, banks, insurers and private clients in the core areas of commercial law (corporate, compliance and contract law). Dr Bröcker represents domestic and foreign clients in complex commercial litigation before state courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Dr. Bröcker was admitted to the bar in 2010. Before founding B&B Rechtsanwälte, Dr. Bröcker was a founding partner of SYLVENSTEIN Rechtsanwälte and also worked for several years at the US commercial law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Munich and Frankfurt.
His legal training took him to Würzburg, Münster, Düsseldorf, New York and Poitiers (France).
Dr. Bröcker is admitted by the Bar Association for the Higher Regional Court District of Munich to arbitration (Gütestelle) pursuant to Article 5 II 1 BaySchlG.
